Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship to addresses within the UK, Europe and World Wide. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • UK Standard: 2–3 business days
  • UK Express: 1–2 business days
  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • World Wide: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Large & Heavy Items Some products — particularly large or heavy industrial components — may require specialist freight delivery. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements and any additional costs before dispatch.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

International Customs & Duties For orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges with the exception of USA where all customs duties and import taxes are pre-paid.
